Chongqing Tool Factory Co., Ltd. (formerly: Chongqing Tool Factory, hereinafter referred to as "Tool Company") is a state-owned key backbone enterprise established in 1966 by moving the gear cutting tool section of Shanghai Tool Factory to Chongqing as a whole in accordance with the national industrial structure deployment, characterized by the production of small and medium-sized module segment complex gear cutting tools, focusing on the professional development of complex cutters such as hobs, shaving cutters, gear shapers, and other series. In 2006, after restructuring, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chongqing Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. In 2008, it was listed on the Hong Kong H share with Chongqing Electromechanical Co., Ltd.
